As a personal assistant, you try to support the users to be able to live their lives as they want. As a personal assistant, your task is to make it easier for the user to look after themselves. This may involve feeding, hygiene and looking after the home, but it often also involves helping the user to be a parent and to do their job. You will help the user to pursue hobbies, take part in community activities or study. The operation works on the basis of the basic principles of the LSS Act. The work includes meeting the individual's need for guidance and care with respect for self-determination, independence and integrity. The tasks include being responsive to the users' individual needs, wishes and resources. You will help with all tasks that occur around the user. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who enjoy and have the ability to work with people with physical, mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You should have secondary care or child and leisure education or other education / experience that is considered equivalent by the employer. It is an advantage if you have experience with the target group. As a person, we see that you are responsive, driven and flexible. You have a positive and professional approach where you show good judgment and understand that you yourself affect the situation when you express yourself and act. The work is located during the day (Mondays - Fridays) with a user living in Masungsbyn.
