WORK TASKS
We are looking for a committed and experienced quality manager who wants to help lead our transition to the new Social Services Act that will come into force in 2025. The new law aims to make social services more preventive, accessible and knowledge-based. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations meet the new requirements and that we can offer the best possible support to our residents. The position is a permanent position, so the title is Quality Manager and you will be part of the social services staff where we work as a team. The staff's responsibility is to produce documentation and investigate issues for the administrative management and social board.
The Quality Manager's duties will include, among other things:
- Coordinating and leading the project for transition to the new Social Services Act.
- Develop and implement new working methods and routines in accordance with the requirements of the law.
- Ensuring that the organization works knowledge-based and follows best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external actors to create a coherent and
effective social services.
- Follow up and report on the progress of the project to management.
- Work as part of the staff with assignments from the management and the board.
QUALIFICATIONS
We see that you are committed and want to be involved in leading our transition to the new Social Services Act and that you are interested in developing, implementing new working methods and routines. We see that you have a:
- Relevant higher education in social work or other relevant education.
- Experience of project management, preferably in the public sector or social services.
- Good knowledge of the Social Services Act and its application.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong emphasis on personal suitability
