WORK TASKS As a special needs teacher at Högalidskolan, you work in close collaboration with the principal and staff at the school. The work involves developing and designing the educational work together with the principal at group and individual level as well as at organizational level from a promotional, preventive and remedial perspective. You will support teachers in organizing their teaching so that education is accessible, inclusive and creates participation for all children. You work for and support the work of the teams, if necessary for educational mapping / action plans. We are now looking for a special educator for Högalidskolan's upper secondary school. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a special education degree or other education that is considered equivalent by the employer. As a person, you should be able to communicate easily, build relationships and see development opportunities in both children and adults. You should have the ability to analyze opportunities at the organizational, group and individual level. We look for you to have experience and the ability to interact with others and to be flexible in meeting different needs in the organization. You should be creative and willing to find solutions where the best interests of the children are in focus. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
