WORK TASKS As a staffing planner, you work with the daily procurement of temporary staff for the municipality's administrations. Holds job interviews, introductions and training. As well as payroll management and other administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an employee who can handle many parallel tasks. We are looking for you who have an administrative education. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of our IT-based support systems such as Personec, TimeCare, Winlas and TimePool. You also need to have very good computer skills with knowledge from working with data-based administration and the most common Office programs to be able to contribute to our digitization work. If you have knowledge of labor law, LAS and have worked in a politically controlled organization or in a similar business, it is a merit. You have the ability to work independently while having a good ability to create and maintain trusting relationships. You are a communicative person who can express yourself easily in speech and writing. You manage parallel tasks and have a solution-oriented approach. We attach great importance to personal suitability. You need to have a very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
