WORK TASKS As a Supervisor at Day Activities, you have, together with other staff, the educational responsibility for the daily activities where we strive to give people with functional variations a meaningful occupation. At the Resource Center, we work with physical, mental and social skills in everyday activities at the individual level. Examples of activities offered include sensory training, tactile stimulation, ADL training, music, data, color and shape as well as activities in a supervisor group at an external workplace. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have an education with a pedagogical focus at upper secondary level, such as childcare training, or other education that is considered equivalent by the employer. The work requires you to have good physical ability and mobility. Experience or knowledge of sign language is an advantage. You must be responsible and have a positive attitude and a clear pedagogical approach. You will also be sensitive to workers' individual needs, wishes and resources. You show good judgment and understand that you influence the situation when you speak or act. You should be open to new ideas, show initiative, be flexible, be able to work on a long-term basis and have excellent interpersonal skills.
