During the years 2025-2027, the Social Administration will carry out a number of relocation processes in various activities and is therefore looking for a process manager. Could you be the one we are looking for?
WORK TASKS
As a process manager, you will plan and implement relocation processes in detail for each area. This will include carrying out risk and impact assessments with the activities concerned, inventory of materials and equipment, procurement and efficiency planning for each move. Each area affects staff, users and relatives and is subject to different legislation that must be taken into account. As the Process Manager, you will work closely with managers, staff and service users/relatives to ensure the best possible move.
The relocation coordinator's tasks will include, among other things
- Running several parallel projects with different project organizations
- Convening and coordinating project meetings
- Writing minutes
- Internal contacts with the different activities involved
- External contacts with different companies and authorities
- Developing needs and activity descriptions
- Assisting in the procurement of equipment, etc.
- Writing service letters
- Responsible for budget and financial statements for each project in collaboration with the finance office
- Work with Risk and Impact Assessments in collaboration with the businesses
- Reading and interpreting drawings and descriptions
- Reporting projects and follow-ups to the political organization
You will work under the Social Services management team and be part of the Social Services staff where we work as a team. Other tasks central to the activities may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who can independently run complex processes in close collaboration with heads of operations, staff, users and relatives. You must be able to lead parallel projects with several different steering groups to enable the various local processes that the social administration faces over the next two years. You must be structured, have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
We expect you to have a university degree or other experience deemed appropriate by the employer. Proven experience in project management, procurement and contract management is required. Experience in social administration activities is an advantage.
The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions on external funding of urban transformation funds. Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
