WORK TASKS As a residential support worker, you will provide support to users in their homes and provide support and guidance in social and cultural contexts. You must support the user to make good choices that lead to an increased sense of independence. Common tasks include support with cleaning, laundry, shopping, taking medication, breaking isolation through activities in the community and support to create a functioning everyday structure. You will work with the users and other staff on implementation plans, work plans and social documentation. The work involves shift work day / evening / weekend duty. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have a nursing education or secondary care education with a focus on psychiatry. It is an advantage if you are a trained social educator. The work as a housing support worker involves a lot of documentation, so it is good if you have good computer skills. The work requires you to be flexible and confident in your professional role. We attach great importance to personal suitability such as good people skills, ability to cooperate, professional approach and willingness to change, and that you are positive to work actively with our value base HEART. B-driving license is a requirement Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
