WORK TASKS We are looking for you who want an exciting, developing and meaningful job. As a unit manager, we expect you to lead the business in a positive and committed way towards set goals with responsibility for finances, staff, work environment and operational quality. You will be part of the housing department's management team and are expected to participate actively in the department's development work. An important part of the work is to get employees to grow and develop by increasing opportunities for influence and participation. In the role of Head of Unit, you represent the employer and are a good role model. You communicate our core values, Respect, Responsibility and Cooperation in the organization. You follow up and create good relationships with users, relatives and trade unions. Your leadership is relationship-building and you trust your employees' commitment and willingness to take responsibility. You make use of and develop your employees' skills and get your employees involved and committed to the organization. A close leadership where you balance leadership, presence in the business with the administrative is an important part of the role as head of unit. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are driven by the issues in elderly care and interested in leading and developing the business. In your role as unit manager, you take a coaching close leadership and promote cooperation, influence and participation in the daily work. You are able to spread job satisfaction and encourage your employees to develop and grow. As a person, you have a trusting manner and an ability to build good, long-term relationships. You lead and follow up the business in a methodical way with a strong user focus and ensure that conditions, requirements and expectations are clear. To thrive in the role, we see that you are confident, self-driven, strategic and have good decision-making skills. Responsiveness and a communicative ability are qualities that we see that you possess. We would like to see that you have a university education that is relevant in the field and that the employer considers suitable for the position. We would like you to have experience of personnel, financial and operational responsibility and to be familiar with the legislation governing our field of activity.
