JOB DUTIES As our HR administrator is on study leave, we are now looking for a substitute. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to HR consultants, businesses and managers. You will mainly work with personnel administration. You will support recruitment (e.g. advertising, interviewing, reference taking and pre-recruitment) and provide administrative support on various HR issues. The tasks also consist of producing information, compiling statistics and participating in payroll issues. It may also include participation in cooperation groups within Kiruna municipality's administrations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have experience from an administrative role, preferably in the public sector. If you also have experience from the personnel area, it is an advantage. You have relevant training in HR or equivalent work experience. You need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing. The service requires good computer skills where you as a person are open to digital solutions and systems. The work means that you work both independently and in teams. You will have contact with colleagues, employees and managers in the organization. This requires you to be a social, flexible and service-oriented person.
