WORK TASKS As a supervisor at the Employment and Integration Unit, you will conduct individualized coaching and guidance for people who have been assigned, mainly via the Social Administration and the Swedish Public Employment Service, and the overall goal is to help the participants achieve self-sufficiency. This is done through job training, internships, coaching, guidance and matching. At the Labor Market and Integration Unit, we work with people who need support in becoming self-sufficient, settle and guide new arrivals who have been assigned by the Migration Agency, we support and coach young people aged 16-24. Together with one of the supervisors, you are responsible for the reuse shop Bumerangen and other activities that are relevant depending on the needs of the participants and with good quality. The Labor Market Unit also runs the Fritidsbank and a Service Group. We work in a team and we should be able to help where needed. At the Labor Market Unit, consisting of a Business Developer and three Labor Market Supervisors, we work together on the participants' individual planning. We are striving to expand the activities, which are planned to consist of four Labor Market Advisors and hence a temporary position. In addition to developing the business, you will guide, coach and provide individual support to the participants in the practical work of the business and help solve and guide in problems that may arise. The position involves working with both individuals and group activities. As the labor market is constantly changing, the Labor Market Unit needs to develop continuously to provide the best possible support to people outside the labor market. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a college or university degree in behavioral science, experience in social work or in a field suitable for the position or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have previous experience of leadership, good initiative and a strong commitment to people on the margins. You have a good knowledge of and interest in labor market issues. To thrive in the role of supervisor, you need to be clear and be able to work practically with the participants, be flexible and have great problem-solving skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. As a person, you are analytical, logical, creative and driven, but also unpretentious and reflective, and easy to work with. You should have the ability to see the big picture and have a positive and supportive approach. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
