WORK TASKS Your role as a youth worker in the municipality is to work with registered young people who want support in finding work / internship or who want to investigate their areas of interest and skills to then start the right activity. Internal and external collaboration is central to the work of the KAA group. Important partners include parents, schools, municipal services, employers and other people in the young person's network. As a youth worker within KAA, you will motivate and work together with the young person to find suitable individual measures, plan the activity and follow up the measure. The main purpose of municipal activity responsibility is that the young person should primarily resume/start studies. Preventive work is an important part of the task. The work requires documentation and record keeping in the Accorda system, which means that you need to be comfortable with IT systems and administration. Another target group that you will also work with is young people who are neither working nor studying between the ages of 20-24. You map, design action plans and follow up planning with the individual. Summer jobs/holiday jobs are also part of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education with a focus on behavioral science, social work, study and vocational counselor or equivalent experience that the employer considers relevant to the position. As a person, you have a strong drive and willingness to find solutions. You also have very good communication and collaboration skills.
