Your role

Together with the Internal Communication function, you will help to further develop our internal communication through concrete activities and projects with the aim of strengthening the corporate culture, facilitating change processes and increasing employee engagement. In your role, you will have a wide range of internal contacts and work with the external communication team. You will report to the Head of Internal Communication.

As Communication Strategist, Internal Communication, you will:

  • Develop and implement communication plans for internal communication that foster engagement and collaboration, especially in the context of change processes.
  • Create and manage content for internal communication projects.
  • Have editorial responsibility for planning and prioritizing internal news and management communications primarily for publication in the company's internal channels.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure that our communications are clear and consistent, and support a communicative organization.
  • Support change management by communicating visions, goals and changes in an inspiring and motivating way.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of internal communication efforts to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, initiate and lead internal communication projects, such as security communication and internal events such as management conferences.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have both strategic height in your analysis and operational implementation power based on the ability to understand the company's specific needs and conditions. You have an ability to build trust at different levels of the organization and can flexibly, but with a structured approach, lead internal communication projects of various kinds. You are driven by contributing to a communicative organization, learning new things and wanting to further develop effective and engaging internal communication.

We also see that you:

  • Have a relevant academic background in communication, PR, journalism or similar.
  • Have several years of experience in internal communication or related field.
  • Be creative and have a good sense of language and storytelling.
  • Be structured and have the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Have experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
