Since the work often takes place on its own, both in the workshop and out in the field, a flexible and solution-oriented approach is required. The role also offers opportunities for development through both internal and external training.
You are self-driven and used to taking responsibility for driving your work forward, which is crucial in a role where you often work alone during your shift. You enjoy working independently and are confident in making your own decisions to solve problems and ensure high quality work.
