Your role

Due to upcoming retirements, we are now looking for two drivers to join us at Transporten in Malmberget, a workplace that performs a variety of transport assignments in passenger and freight transport at LKAB. The role as a driver will drive a regular passenger car or smaller van to deliver packages and deliveries, including samples and materials, to most operations within LKAB. This also includes driving to Svappavaara and Kiruna. The work includes driving deliveries down the mine, hence we see that you feel comfortable driving a car underground. The work involves fixed runs every day, which assumes that you fit times. However, unexpected tasks may arise during the day that you need to take into account, which also means that you need to be flexible. You will work alone in your vehicle, which means you should be comfortable working alone and be responsible. In addition to this, other tasks within the business may occur such as passenger transportation, inspecting vehicles, driving forklifts and wheel loaders.

This is what you bring with you

• Approved final grades from high school or equivalent, is a requirement
• B-driving license for manual transmission is a requirement
• Knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, is a requirement
• C and/or D driving license is meritorious
• Machine experience from working with a forklift or wheel loader is meritorious

Scope: Full-time, shift work

Shift work: 1 person according to 7/7-shifts morning, 1 person according to 7/7-shifts every other morning/afternoon
