Your role
In this role, you will have a central function where you combine your knowledge of electricity and automation with planning skills and coordination. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Technicians to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to creating structures and routines that enable high quality in our daily work.

The role of planner/preparer includes, among other things, planning assignments and preventive maintenance and being involved in projects to improve operations. Some of the work also involves being out in the field and in our facilities. The work is very varied and is largely controlled by the production process. We believe in you and your capacity and give you both confidence and freedom to develop and grow.

What you bring

We are looking for you who are self-motivated in your work and easy to collaborate with others. You are a problem solver who can see the big picture. As the needs of the business are constantly changing, it is important that you can prioritize. Safety always comes first and therefore it is important that you have a high safety mindset.

  • High school education in electricity and automation or equivalent experience
  • B-driving license
  • Swedish in speech and writing
