Your role

We are now looking for an electrician for electricity/automation in the Malmberget underground mine. The main tasks are preventive maintenance, improvements, and troubleshooting on our conveyor systems such as rock winches, conveyors, crushers, taps and charging trucks to ensure reliable production. It also includes installation work with power and lighting, maintenance of our electrical installations in our various workshops and staff areas, as well as some miscellaneous projects. You will be part of a work group with a total of 20 electricians, 1 preparer, 2 technicians and the production manager. To thrive in the role, we see that you are self-driven and proactive in your work. The work is usually done in pairs or in groups and therefore it is important that you are relationship-building and easy to cooperate. We also see that you are a problem solver and careful in your work. Safety always comes first and therefore it is important that you have a high safety mindset.

This is what we expect you to have:

• High school electrical education specializing in electrical engineering or equivalent

• B driving license for manual transmission

• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience of having worked as an electrician

• Mining experience

• Computer skills
