Your role

As an automation technician at Sovringsverket, you will have a varied workday where you work in an organized manner and collaborate with other functions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for people who are ambitious, collaborative and have a strong safety mindset. Typical tasks include installation, assembly and replacement of instruments, control equipment and automation systems, as well as working with power electronics, general power and lighting. You will also be responsible for optimizing control circuits and adapting measuring equipment, as well as carrying out periodic servicing, inspections and surveillance checks. In addition, minor programming work in the process computer systems is included.

This is what you bring with you

  • High school electrical education or equivalent is a requirement
  • B driving license (manual transmission) is a requirement
  • Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written is a requirement
  • A couple of years of experience from professions as an electrician, automation technician or instrument technician is meritorious
  • Knowledge of the ABB800xA system is meritorious
