About the role

As HRBP, you work in close collaboration with LKAB's managers and act as an operational and tactical support for them. This includes creating proactive HR work and driving, developing and following up HR processes.

You work in areas such as skills supply, labor law, leadership and culture. In addition to this, you also coach managers in the development of a sustainable and inclusive organization and are involved in various development projects in HR. You will be part of a team with other HR resources, who together support the Kiruna area.

What you bring

We are looking for you who have a relevant academic education in HR, personnel science or similar, and who have solid experience of working close to the business in HR. You are used to supporting managers throughout the HR process and enjoy having an advisory role where you drive HR work forward.

You are confident in your skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with the needs of the business, with the ability to work independently across a wide range of HR issues, from skills supply to work environment and change management. You enjoy working closely with managers and leadership, and contribute to developing the business through your strategic understanding and operational experience.

The position

requires a B driving license and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
