Your role

In the fall of 2024, the doors will open for LKAB's new Lab & Innovation Center on Porsön, which contains offices and a lab. In the new Lab and Innovation Center, several departments within LKAB's operations that are currently scattered will be gathered.

belongs to LKAB Fastigheter and you will be part of the Gällivare office's organization where the immediate manager is stationed. The service is cross-office and you will work towards all of our office premises.

Your main tasks will be to take operational responsibility for the ongoing operation of our properties. This will include some coordination of operational staff, contractors and operations. The role includes managing and updating the content of our property system Momentum Property and Energy.

You will also work on business development tasks related to our property management. We expect you to be a driving force in the continuous improvement of our real estate portfolio.

What you will bring with you

As the position involves many internal and external contacts, it is important that you are easy to communicate and collaborate with your surroundings and always put the business at the center. It is also important that you are able to structure your work and take the initiative for actions/improvements, while being able to quickly change focus when needed. Furthermore, we see that you are a problem solver who wants to develop both the business and yourself, and that you look forward to being a knowledge resource for the entire business.

We expect you to have:

• Secondary education
• B-driving license
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English
• We would like to see that you have several years of experience from the engineering and real estate industry
• Experience of PBL, BBR, BAS-U and BAS-P
• Previous experience of working with control, ventilation, plumbing and electricity is an advantage
• You should have computer skills and be able to handle Office programs
