The most important job of the future

We want to lead the transformation of our industry towards a sustainable future. Just as we want to change the world, we want to develop everyone who joins us on this journey, personally and professionally. Do you want to help shape the future of the world's mining and minerals industry?

Your role

As a Group Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire an experienced team of engineers and technicians where the focus is on collaboration, development and innovation. If you are passionate about technology and innovation, and want to shape the future of energy solutions in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

This is what you bring

We attach great importance to your leadership and personality. We are looking for someone with drive and the willingness and ability to lead and engage your staff in a prestigious and humble way. It is also important that you can communicate clearly with colleagues within the group as well as with external stakeholders.

In addition, you need to have:

  • A master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical power, electrical engineering, automation or other experience.
  • Good knowledge of electrical power, preferably with experience of design work in major construction operations
  • Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • B driving license, as it is a requirement for all positions within LKAB

This is what you get

A stimulating and developing job, where you work with issues that are at the forefront. You will be part of a competent and committed team of specialists who together shape the future of the mining and minerals industry. In addition, you will also receive

  • Motivation programs that reward success
  • Health care and study support as well as access to art association, leisure association, mountain huts and family activities
  • Enhanced parental allowance of up to 90% of your regular salary for up to six months (after one year of employment)
  • Help and support in case of illness or work environment issues, health, wellness and rehabilitation
