Your role

Working as a guide at LKAB is a fun and stimulating job. The service is very varied and includes guiding in Swedish or English. Our visits focus on the transition to carbon-free processes and products, the environment and social transformation.

In the role, you will, among other things:

• Prepare, plan and implement guided visits, with associated administration.
• Work actively to further develop the visitor activities together with your colleagues.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in our activities.
• Maintain daily supervision of our visitor premises and the visitor mine, including technical equipment and vehicles.

What you bring

We are looking for you who are prepared to take great personal responsibility, have the ability to see the whole of the visit and are flexible in your approach. To thrive with us, you like to provide very good service, are responsible and take your own initiative. You have high social skills, are educational in your storytelling and are a good ambassador for the company as you are also the face of LKAB's brand during the visits. You have a genuine passion for interacting with people and offering service at a high level with the customer in focus.

Furthermore, the position requires that you:

• Have at least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on tourism or similar.
• Have experience of guide operations or other service-related professions.
• Have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Knowledge of other languages is meritorious.
• Is comfortable with the Office package and technical equipment.
• Has a B driving license.
