The section has a broad area of responsibility within Work Environment, Energy and Climate and Technology. The mission of the business mainly includes supporting the Malmberget area's production operations in the different areas:
Work environment development
Occupational hygiene
Energy and Climate
Technology
Your role builds and strengthens relationships both within the section and with other functions to ensure effective support to the business. The role manages the dialog with both internal and external stakeholders, developing partnerships and building trust with the business, other departments, the management team and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for establishing the section's strategy and translating it into practical solutions, focusing on developing long-term goals and implementing ways of working that strengthen the business. Furthermore, you will represent the Section's issues in the management team, bringing perspectives that support the overall objectives of the organization. At the same time, you take advantage of what already works well within the section and identify and develop areas with potential for improvement. By creating structure and clarity, you create conditions that benefit both employees and the business.
As Section Manager SKA, you will be part of the Technology and Service management team and report directly to the Head of Department. The section consists of about 8 employees, consisting of technicians and engineers in the areas of work environment, energy and technology.
We are looking for you who have good collaboration skills, are structured and have a coaching and relational leadership style. We are looking for you who have qualities and ambitions to develop in the role, you who have a natural ability to build trust and create commitment in others.
As the section is new and still under construction, it is important that you are enterprising and enjoy shaping and developing new ways of working. Experience of working in similar areas is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the will and ability to create value in a supportive function, we value your leadership.
