LKAB's open-pit mines are located in Svappavaara, four miles southeast of Kiruna. In these open pits, we extract iron ore by drilling, blasting, and then crushing and crushing the ore into a raw material for pellet production. Our operations also include ore processing in our beneficiation plant and pellet plant. About the role
The role as HR BP means supporting our managers in various types of personnel matters. Among other things, you will work with competence provision, employment law, rehabilitation and leadership development. You will be involved in union negotiations and have close contact with our union representatives. Together with the managers you support, you will shape the content of your work and your way of working, with us you will have the opportunity to develop in the HR area.
You will work in a team together with our current HR business partner and have the support of others within HR at LKAB.
You have this with you
We are looking for you who have a university education in HR, behavioral science or other education/experience that we consider equivalent. You will preferably have a few years of experience in consultative HR work.
You have a service-oriented and coaching approach, while you have the ability to challenge and guide when necessary. You have a strong interest in personnel and leadership issues and are convinced that when we are happy at work, we perform at our best. You express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Driving license (B) is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.
