Your role

As HR Business Partner at LKAB, you are offered an important and exciting role where you will be a key person in the development of our operations in Malmberget. You will work closely with our managers, offering both operational and strategic support to shape and drive proactive HR work. Your role will give you the opportunity to lead and develop HR processes in areas such as skills supply, employment law, leadership and corporate culture.

You will also be an important coach for managers in building a sustainable and inclusive organization, while participating in exciting development projects in HR. As the business in Malmberget is expanding rapidly, you will have the chance to be involved from the start in the establishment of new departments - a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the organization in an innovative company! You have an ability to see HR issues from a strategic holistic perspective and always act with high integrity. In addition to this, you are responsible, structured and enjoy taking initiatives and leading processes that make a difference.

In addition to this, you need to have:

• Post-secondary education in human resources or other relevant education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Relevant experience in HR matters
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• B-driving license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB
