Your role

We are now looking for an HR strategist for the Competence Supply department, which is part of LKAB's HR organization at group level. The department consists of HR strategists, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners, who work in the areas of competence supply, Employer Attractiveness and leadership.

In the role of HR Strategist, you are responsible for the strategic and cohesive work around a number of our group-wide processes and you act as process leader for these.

This includes:

• Cultural issues such as equality, diversity and inclusion
• Talent Management process
• Involvement in other HR processes

The role involves ensuring that our HR processes are effective and at the forefront. Furthermore, the role includes external monitoring and internal and external collaboration.

The location for the position is Kiruna, Gällivare or Luleå. Travel is included in the service.

What you bring

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe that you have several years of experience working with corporate culture, diversity and inclusion, Talent Management and development of HR processes. Your strength lies in process development, but you are also used to working in different systems and you have good analytical skills. As a person, you are driven and development-oriented and find it easy to work independently and collaborate with others.

We also see that you have:

• An academic education in the HR field
• Several years of experience in qualitative HR work
• A good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing in English
• Drive and delivery ability
• B-driving license is a requirement for all positions within LKAB

It is meritorious if you have:

• Worked as a process manager or with process development
• Worked in one or more larger organizations
• An ability to communicate in Swedish. If you currently communicate in English, we ask for an interest and commitment in learning Swedish, both in speech and writing
