About the role

As an HRIS specialist, you will, with a focus on function, efficiency and user-friendliness, actively develop our processes in Workday and other HR systems in collaboration with process owners and businesses.

Some of the assignments are:

  • Develop, implement, optimize, and manage our HR processes in Workday and other HR systems, such as configuring processes and functions.
  • Ensure the integrity of the systems through regular updates and checks.
  • Actively work to ensure that information quality is high.
  • Identify and prioritize improvements to enhance the user experience
  • Coordinate and support the business on system-related issues.
  • Supporting the business with analysis and reports.

Business intelligence is an important part of our work, as we constantly strive to evolve.

About the team

In

our team "Core & Application" we have divided the work into different areas of expertise:

  • Core (Employee Lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Movers, Leavers)
  • Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Talent, Performance, WFP & Learning
  • Report, Data Governance & Security
  • Expence & Workforce Management

Our team members are expected to have basic knowledge in all areas, but specialize in at least one of them.

What you bring

You have experience working in the HR field and a genuine interest in digital solutions, or experience with digital solutions and a genuine interest in the HR field.


In addition, we see it as advantageous if you

  • have prior knowledge of Workday as a system.
  • have experience in the field of process configuration and process optimization.
  • have an understanding of system development and data modeling.
  • have experience working with other types of HR systems
  • have knowledge and experience in business development.

Other information

You will be based in one of our offices in Kiruna, Gällivare, Luleå or Stockholm. Regular travel to Kiruna is expected for employees located elsewhere.

Full-time position starting as soon as possible.
