Your role

As an Internal Communicator, you will play an important role in communicating inspiring content tailored to our target audiences. You will work operationally with our internal communication channels, producing content that supports company goals, projects and employee engagement. The role requires close collaboration with different functions, where you will be the operational support in different communication activities and projects locally at our sites. You will report to the Head of Internal Communication.

As Internal Communicator you will:

  • Support our internal communication by producing and editing content in the form of image, video and text for our internal channels and forums.
  • Identify inspiring stories and initiatives within the organization that can be shared with our employees in the form of articles, presentations, films or similar.
  • Support the business with operational communication efforts linked to specific projects and change initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of materials that support managers and leaders.
  • Support the development of our intranet and other digital tools for internal communication, as well as supporting the business in related procedures and processes when needed.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of internal events and activities.
  • Collect feedback from employees and contribute to improving our internal communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that relevant information is disseminated effectively.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Relevant education in communication, journalism, public relations or similar.
  • A recent graduate or have a few years of experience in communication work.
  • Have good skills in graphic editing, text and film production.
  • Have an ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment.
  • Have an interest in digital communication tools and platforms.
