Your role

We are looking for a dedicated KMA Coordinator and Business Developer for the Operations Support department. We are looking for a person who wants to be involved in the development of the department's work in occupational health and safety. In this role, you will act as a support to the organization in the systematic work environment management and help drive the development of the work environment management forward.

Your duties include:

  • Supporting managers in their work environment management through strategic guidance and practical support.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to monitor and improve health and safety performance.
  • Participate in risk assessments, safety rounds and investigations of accidents and serious incidents.
  • Be part of the department's management team and contribute to the strategic development of health and safety issues.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • A post-secondary education in work environment or experience that is considered equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • B driving license

Several years of experience in work environment issues is an advantage.
