LKAB processing Kiruna:

Kiruna Ore Processing's mission is to process the ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, enrichment and pelletization. The department consists of a total of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the other four are support sections in quality, technology and process development, material processes and Water and Dams. Your role:

Are you a curious team player with integrity and a desire to constantly improve both yourself and your surroundings? As a KMA (Quality, Environment and Work Environment) Coordinator, you will belong to Kiruna Sovring, but your duties will also include other workplaces within the organization. You will work closely with the business with competence support and development of the systematic work environment work.

In the role, you collaborate with the management team, the business's managers, your KMA colleagues and various support functions. You will educate, train, challenge and follow up managers, safety representatives and employees to achieve the best possible results in work environment management. The tasks include holding work environment training, producing documentation and driving development and improvement measures.

You also provide knowledge of new legislation and help interpret existing laws and regulations. In addition, you will support the business in accident and incident investigations, compile and report the status in your area and analyze shortcomings and propose solutions.

What you bring:

We are looking for you who have a personal drive and a desire to develop both yourself and others. You are curious and committed, with experience of similar tasks. As a person, you are a good listener and structured, with the ability to adapt your communication to different individuals' styles and needs. You have the ability to see the big picture and understand how different parts of the work affect each other.

We would like you to have an education in the field of work environment from college or university, but the most important thing is that you have good knowledge and relevant work experience, either as a specialist in the field of work environment or as a manager.
