We are leading the transformation of the iron and steel industry by developing carbon-free processes and products, such as sponge iron and critical minerals. In Luleå, we are now planning a circular industrial park for the extraction of critical minerals from current mining waste. This will broaden our operations while increasing Europe's self-sufficiency in phosphorus and rare earth elements, essential for world food production and our green transition. In addition, the industrial park will generate hundreds of jobs in Luleå and Norrbotten!
