LKAB's open-pit mines are located in Svappavaara, four miles southeast of Kiruna. In these open-pit mines, we extract iron ore and waste rock by drilling and blasting, and then load, crush and screen the ore into a raw material for pellet production. Your role

We are looking for a lubricator for the Svappavaara processing plant. The processing plants consist of a concentrator and a pelletizing plant. As a lubricator, you are a committed team player who runs and develops the department together with your colleagues. The work involves preventive work according to the established schedule, where emergency operations are also required. As a lubricator, you work closely with other groups in maintenance and production.

The work as a lubricator is independent and to thrive in the role, you are a person who likes to plan your work, you are solution-oriented and can keep calm when acute problems arise. Our goal is to keep our high-tech mining and minerals group running smoothly, and you will be an important piece of the puzzle.

Your everyday life as a lubricator

• Monitoring and maintenance of central lubrication equipment
• Scheduled lubrication routines via round lists
• Error reporting
• Material ordering
• Reporting of error notification &; round lists
• Miscellaneous component repairs
• Hose manufacturing when needed
• Assembly of new lubrication equipment

This is what you bring

• We are looking for you who are committed and interested in maintenance. You are thorough, take initiative and like to solve problems
• Experience or training in maintenance is meritorious
• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent is a requirement
• B driving license is a requirement.
