About Kiruna Processing
Kiruna Ore Processing's mission is to process ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, enrichment and pelletizing. The department consists of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the other four are support sections in quality, technology and process development, material processes and Water and Dams. Your role
Now you have the chance to apply for a rewarding and stimulating role as a maintenance engineer or maintenance technician with us at pellet plant KK2/KK3. You will be one of the key people in the work of increasing the reliability and availability of the plants in collaboration with other groups within the business.

The work tasks mainly consist of leading the strategic development of maintenance in the pellet plants by continuously analyzing and tracking error causes that affect operational reliability and availability. You will also solve technical problems and participate in projects as a technical expert.

What you bring
We are looking for a structured and analytical employee with an ambitious attitude and a strong desire to learn. You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. At KK2/KK3 we work together and appreciate your ability to build good relationships both within and outside the team.

We would like you to have an engineering degree, preferably in machinery or maintenance, but this is not a requirement. We also value other relevant experience for the position. Professional experience as a technician, operator or manager in maintenance are examples of meritorious background. We attach great importance to your personal qualities.

The position requires:

  • Approved high school diploma
  • B-driving license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
