Your role
As a maintenance manager with us at LKAB, you will lead and distribute work within the daily maintenance activities. You carry out planning of work for the mechanics, are a coordinating link between maintenance and production and order materials. As a maintenance manager, it is important that you are a good role model and have a safety and work environment mindset in everything you do. To succeed in this position, we see that you are an ambitious person who thrives in a role where cooperation and problem solving are in focus. You are confident and responsible and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You act as a support in the mechanics' daily work and are educational in teaching things.

This is what you bring with you

• Approved high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement, specialization in mechanics, technology or industry is meritorious
• B-driving license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB
• Knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, is a requirement
• Experience of work as a mechanic or similar is a requirement
• Experience of leadership and coaching is meritorious
• Knowledge of excel is meritorious
