About the role

We are looking for a coordinator for the Iron Ore business area within LKAB. You will be part of the HR grouping for the Kiruna area, but cooperate across the business area's common boundaries.

In the

role, you work in close cooperation with the business area manager and coordinate his administrative tasks and support the managers in the management team and their areas of activity. The tasks include handling invoices, purchase orders, bookings and orders. You will also be part of an assistant network with other people in similar roles. Your mission will be to be a versatile person working as a team player in our team.

This is what you bring with you

We are looking for you who have an approved upper secondary education and it is meritorious if you have worked in an administrative role before. To fit the role, we see that you are structured and have a high level of integrity. You have a natural sense of service, are always proactive and ensure that both large and small tasks are carried out with precision and care.

Knowledge of the Office package is an advantage. The service requires a B-driving license and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
