Your role

Kiruna Gruva Bergtransport is looking for mechanics for fixed underground facilities. As a mechanic at fixed facilities, your main tasks will be to work with preventive and ongoing maintenance as well as improvement work in our fixed facilities underground, such as crushers, pins and track level. Your daily work will include crusher refurbishment and rail work, as well as component replacement at both pin and track level. The work involves a variety of tasks where it is important to be able to cooperate with others in order to carry out the tasks in a good way. There is also ongoing safety work that you are expected to actively participate in.

What you bring with you

  • Secondary education or equivalent is required
  • B-driving license is a requirement
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is a requirement
  • Education or experience in industry/mechanics is an advantage
