Your Role

We are now looking for a Quality Service Mechanic. Here you will be part of a team of mechanics, electricians, technicians and engineers who work together to find new solutions and drive the business forward. As a mechanic in Quality Service, you will carry out maintenance work in all our laboratories and at our sampling facilities in all processing plants in Malmberget.

Your everyday life as a mechanic:

• Solving problems that arise and planning future maintenance work
• Mechanical maintenance work such as repair work
• Preventive and ongoing maintenance
• Condition checks, inspections and improvement work
• Close cooperation with all production staff
• Perform the work according to LKAB's work procedures, instructions and guidelines for safe and efficient implementation

What you bring with you

Requirements:

• Secondary education in workshop technology or equivalent education, combined with experience in the professional field.
• B-driving license
• Mastery of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
• Good welding skills are an advantage
