About pellet plants 2 and 3 in Kiruna
At pellet plants 2 and 3, our goal is to produce 8.7 million tons of finished pellets by 2025, which will be delivered to our customers worldwide. Here, the pace can sometimes be high, but we develop, learn and solve problems together, across several professional groups.

Your role
Are you a committed person who wants to take on the challenge of influencing developments in mechanical maintenance? You will have a central role where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and preparing maintenance works so that they can be carried out safely. You will lead efforts with both internal and external staff, ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and working in a goal-oriented way to achieve the highest possible availability of our facilities.
Your interpersonal skills play a significant role, as you will be a key part in communicating with both employees and suppliers. You will work in a team of four people who are your closest colleagues, but you collaborate widely throughout the section.
What you bring
We are looking for a committed and responsible person who enjoys working in a structured way, has good teamwork skills and has a high safety mindset. In your work, you see the big picture and work independently with an analytical mindset. Humility, relationship building and safety consciousness are qualities that are valued as we care about a good working environment.
It is meritorious if you have plant knowledge, good computer skills and experience of maintenance work and maintenance systems.
