As a protective scraper, your main task is to identify and remove loose rock in the mine, which can be done both manually and with machines. The work is mostly carried out with a demolition scraper, which is a machine that demolishes loose rock. As a protective scraper, you are mainly responsible for the supervision and scrapping of fixed facilities, such as workshops, shafts and public areas, but will also collaborate with colleagues working on scrapping production areas. An important part of the work is scheduled patrols, where you inspect mining areas to detect cracks and loose rock.
