Your role

You will work in a team with a high impact on the daily work, you will lead and distribute the work with tasks ranging from monitoring, controlling and correcting the process to being expected to act in various emerging and sometimes pressured situations. Rotation occurs in the shift team, which means that work in the works is combined with control rooms all together with helpful colleagues. You do 1st degree inspections and error reports as well as set up and adjust machines and do process sampling.

This is what you have with you

• High school education with passing grades, preferably with a technical focus.
• Good communication, stress and simultaneous ability
• Process knowledge from LKAB or similar operations is meritorious
• Work as a control room operator is meritorious
• B driving license
• Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language both written and oral is a requirement

Scope: Full-time, shift work with mornings, afternoons and night week. (K5)
