LKAB processing Kiruna

Kiruna Ore Processing's mission is to process the ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, enrichment and pelletizing. The department consists of a total of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the other four are support sections in quality, technology and process development, material processes and Water and Dams. Your role

As Production Manager, you have the overall responsibility for leading, coordinating and developing our Electricity & Automation group. You will be a key person who supports and engages your colleagues in their daily work. The group consists of skilled automation technicians who work with both remedial and preventive maintenance in electricity and automation.

In your role, you have the support of competent and experienced managerial colleagues within the section as well as access to resources for personnel issues, work environment and finance. You actively contribute to creating a positive work climate and ensure that the work environment work is of a high standard.

As a leader, you are confident and inspire confidence, which gives your employees the right conditions to perform and develop.

Experience in leadership and knowledge of industry and process is an advantage. Knowledge of LKAB ore processing processes is an advantage, but not a requirement - we value above all your curiosity and willingness to learn the business. For the position, approved upper secondary school grades in electricity / automation, B-driving license and good knowledge of Swedish are required.
