As Production Manager for our training department at Malmberget mine, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions and building skills for the technological transition we are facing.

You will lead and distribute the work of a team of six trainers focusing on vehicle and miner training, and you will play a key role in ensuring high quality training and introducing new methods and other technical solutions. You will also be part of the management team and actively participate in the development of the business. As Production Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring work environment. You will be responsible for:
Personnel development: Supporting employees in their development and daily work.
Work environment management: Ensuring the workplace meets high standards of health and safety.
Performance monitoring: Managing the workplace's budget and financial targets.
You will set goals for the team, drive development work and contribute to the continuous improvement of both processes and the working environment. To help you, you have strong support from the management team, managerial colleagues, technicians and support functions for the work environment, finance and HR.
We are looking for you who have:
Good leadership skills: You are skilled at building relationships and creating a strong team spirit.
Commitment to development: You are driven to improve processes and dare to challenge the status quo.
Structured approach: You are confident, organized and take responsibility for both the team's and your own tasks.
The role could be perfect for those who want to step into their first managerial role. However, it is not crucial if you have had a formal management role before, but the important thing is that you have a strong interest in leadership and a desire to develop as a leader. We also see that you have:
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and basic English knowledge.
B driving license
Experience from the mining industry, further education in leadership, and previous relevant work experience in education, for example as a trainer or instructor, are meritorious.
