YOUR TASKS

In your role as production manager, you will be stationed in Malmberget's underground mine (Muj) where you are part of a part of the business that is tasked with conducting local mining. In the role of production manager, you are responsible for the management and coordination of daily production. This means that you prioritize and control the daily production in consultation with the production manager. Focus areas are that operations are efficient with safety in focus to achieve our production goals. This is done through good cooperation with the other production managers, the production manager and our miners.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

To thrive in this role, you have the ability to lead without being a manager, while being humble in the face of challenges that it entails. We believe you are a driven person who puts the customer in focus and feels at home in the mine.

You also have:

• Experience in tunneling/excavation.
• Knowledge of the Office package.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and basic knowledge of English.
• Good secondary school grades or equivalent.
• Driving license B.
