We are looking for a communicative Production Manager to join our Loading & Rock Transportation Section!

Your role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily coordination and planning of raw ore production in Malmberget underground (MUJ) regarding rock loading, rock transportation and hauling in collaboration with production managers, technicians, engineers and other sections in the mine. The role largely involves working with others and therefore we are looking for a person with good interpersonal skills and who can communicate well and be responsive to others.


The tasks include coordinating production and helping to establish shift plans based on the current monthly plan, compiling deviations, coordinating production within the section and between other relevant work groups and contractors.

We are looking for you who are responsible and comfortable making decisions, as the role sometimes involves dealing with pressure situations and making decisions in the moment.

What you bring

  • Approved high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bdriver's license is a requirement
  • Speaking and writing Swedish is a requirement
  • Experience in mining is a requirement
  • Experience in Loading/Bearing Transport/Calling is meritorious
  • Experience in a leadership role is meritorious
