Your role

In the role of project manager for financial communication, you are responsible for the process of preparing the Group's annual and sustainability report and contributing to the preparation of interim reports and ensuring that LKAB's financial communication is in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines. You contribute to the company's socially beneficial and sustainable goals while building trust through transparency and responsibility. You are part of our external communication team and report to the Head of External Communication.


As Project Manager for Financial Communication, you will:

  • Project manage and coordinate projects related to financial communication, including annual reports, interim reports and other financial publications.
  • In connection with the publication of financial reports, you will be responsible for producing presentation materials and press releases linked to the publication of the reports.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve our financial communication and ensure that the message reaches the right target groups.
  • Collaborate with functions such as finance, sustainability and legal to ensure that all communication is correct and complies with applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Create and edit content that clearly and effectively communicates our financial results.
  • Continuously liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the Group's financial communication.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
  • The role also includes project management of other printed and communication materials, such as the corporate brochure.

What you bring

To succeed in the role, you need to have both good business knowledge and communication skills to be able to convey complex financial information in a transparent and credible way. You need to have a well-developed strategic thinking and have the ability to build long-term relationships with LKAB's owners and other stakeholders. An understanding of finance, sustainability reporting requirements and social responsibility is essential. You take ownership of your area and collaborating with others comes naturally to you.

We also look for you to have:

  • University or Master's degree in one of the fields of finance, economics, business administration
  • Work experience in financial reporting and analysis as well as investor communication and relations, preferably from an industrial company
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis tools and reporting systems
  • Good knowledge of rules and regulations related to financial disclosure and sustainability reporting
