Your role

Now we are looking for a service-oriented real estate technician for our real estate section at LKAB Fastigheter in Kiruna. Your duties will mainly be to be operationally responsible for the ongoing operation of our properties. This includes some coordination of operating staff, contractors and tenants. The role includes managing and updating the content of our property system Momentum property and energy.

You also work with business development tasks linked to our property management. We expect you to be a driving force in the continuous improvement of our property portfolio.

In the day-to-day work, we work as a team within the property section and with other sections of the company.

What you bring

In the role of property technician, we are looking for you who are analytical and can identify root causes of technical problems to find effective solutions. The role requires an ambitious attitude with the drive to constantly improve. You are a solution-oriented person who can handle unexpected challenges with creativity and drive. You are also collaborative and work closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers to achieve common goals. Finally, you are structured and organized, ensuring that work is planned and executed in an efficient and systematic manner.

We expect you to have

  • High school education
  • B-driving license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • We would like you to have several years of experience from the construction and real estate industry
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Office programs
  • Experience of PBL, BBR, BAS-U and BAS-P

Advantageous

  • Experience of working with plumbing, control/regulation and electrical
  • Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent
  • Experience from assignments where your role has been of a leading nature such as project manager, production manager, manager, coordination responsibility or similar
