Do you want to lead and develop an important operation within the mine in Kiruna? Now you have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the business.

Your tasks

LKAB Berg & Betong operates between 4,000-9,000 ortmeters annually on behalf of LKAB. As the current section manager is moving on to new challenges, we are looking for a replacement who will be responsible for LKAB Berg & Betong's drifting operations in Kiruna. The business is divided into two work areas where there are driven production managers with subordinate production managers and miners. The company's support functions such as HR, finance and KMA are also at your service.

In this role, you will lead and develop the section and its employees. Your main mission will be to deliver, together with your team, a positive result for the missions the section has undertaken. As a manager with us, you will be driven to grow people through hands-on leadership. You have your own management team and report to the Head of the Mountain Division.

Are you the person we are looking for?

For this position, we are looking for a responsive leader who can prioritize and delegate. You who apply have a few years of management experience. We believe that you come with knowledge and interest in mining. If you have not worked in the mining industry but are curious about it, we believe you have good prospects of success. Maybe you come from a similar business, exp tunneling or construction jobs.

We would like you to have a university education in given subject areas or similar.

Your ability to lead your team will be a key to achieving success in the role, we believe in leaders who have an inclusive leadership.

Requirement for the position is a driving license B authorization
