Job Posting End Date / last application date:

In the past year, we have built a new Talent Acquisition team that supports our businesses with quality and accurate recruitment processes. As one of our TA partners is now moving on to a new challenge, we are looking for you to be part of continuing to develop a professional and innovative TA function.

The most important job of the future

We want to lead the transformation of our industry towards a sustainable future. And just as we want to change the world, we want to develop everyone who joins us on this journey, personally and professionally. Do you want to help shape the future of the world's mining and minerals industry?

Your role

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with managers across multiple businesses to understand their business needs and act as a recruitment advisor, developing effective recruitment strategies and delivering candidates to the organization.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including search, screening, interviewing and hiring with a focus on driving engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment administration is also part of the job.

You will be expected to use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HR Business Partners.

The role also includes keeping up to date with trends, innovations and challenges in the field in order to identify and propose changes to processes, with a focus on continuously improving recruitment processes and ways of working to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, you will be involved in projects related to talent management and employer branding.

In this role, you will recruit public sector employees and service staff across a wide range of areas. You will support operations in all our locations in Sweden, which means that the position may involve some travel.

You will be part of a team consisting of 11 senior and junior Talent Acquisition Partners who are jointly responsible for recruitment and competence supply within LKAB.

The location is Kiruna, Gällivare or Luleå.

This position is a fixed-term employment until 31/12-2025

What you bring with you

To succeed in this role, you need to have a great interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition and it is highly meritorious if you have experience of working with recruitment.

You have an academic degree in human resources or similar.

In addition, we would like you to have:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with recruiting managers and candidates.
  • A willingness and ability to take great personal responsibility for both your and the team's delivery.
  • Good collaboration skills and you see a strength in team-based working methods.
  • Organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Results and service oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • An ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles and work methodically to overcome challenges.
  • Curious about innovations, tools and trends in recruitment.

As we see an increasing proportion of international employees, managers and candidates, a very good knowledge of English is required in both speech and writing. You should feel comfortable conducting interviews in both Swedish and English.

Driving license (B) is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.

This is what you get

  • Reward program
  • Free training at LKAB's own gym and at our partners at the sites in Norrbotten
  • Free care allowance and access to art association, leisure association, mountain cabins and family activities
  • Help and support in case of illness or in questions about work environment, health, wellness and rehabilitation

Does this sound exciting?

Then we are curious to know more about you! Please submit your application by January 5.

As the Christmas holidays approach, feedback may take some time. We look forward to getting in touch with you after the end of the year and thank you for your patience. We wish you a very happy holiday season!
