In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with managers across multiple businesses to understand their business needs and act as a recruitment advisor, developing effective recruitment strategies and delivering candidates to the organization.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including search, screening, interviewing and hiring with a focus on driving engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment administration is also part of the job.
You will be expected to use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HR Business Partners.
The role also involves keeping up to date with trends, innovations and challenges in the field in order to identify and propose changes to processes, with a focus on continuously improving recruitment processes and ways of working to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition, you will be involved in projects linked to skills supply and employer branding.
In this role, you will recruit public sector employees and service staff in a wide area.
You will support operations in all our locations in Sweden, which means that the position may involve some travel.
You will be part of a team consisting of 11 senior and junior Talent Acquisition Partners who are jointly responsible for recruitment and competence supply within LKAB.
The location is Gällivare/Malmberget.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a great interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition and it is highly meritorious if you have experience of working with recruitment.
You have an academic degree in human resources or similar.

As we see an increasing proportion of international employees, managers and candidates, a very good knowledge of English is required in both speech and writing. You should feel comfortable conducting interviews in both Swedish and English.
Driving license (B) is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.
