Your roleYou

will be part of the Technology and Service department in Svappavaara, focusing on property maintenance. Together with the team, you will work extensively with grounds maintenance, caretaking and maintenance of own properties, vehicle maintenance and as a contractor for services such as cleaning and restaurant services. The team is also responsible for shell protection and fencing, as well as providing support to the business with the supervision and maintenance of inspectable objects.

As a property technician, your duties will also include:

  • Management and coordination of building maintenance
  • Contact person for leases and building services
  • Participating in and driving improvement projects
  • Processing of internal building permits
  • Planning and furnishing of office spaces
  • Contact with suppliers for cleaning, catering and waste services
  • Planning and organizing storage and staging areas
  • Participation in budget work and follow-up of finances and invoicing
  • Dealing with forestry and land issues

We

are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in technology and improvement work, and who enjoys having a central role with many contact surfaces. You are a natural coordinator who easily builds relationships and keeps good contact both internally and externally. The role requires you to be a good communicator, able to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining order and structure in your work. With your responsibility and ability to prioritize, you are a self-driven person who is driven by creating solutions together with others.

In addition, you have:

  • High school education
  • B-driving license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in property maintenance, industry or similar
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in property maintenance or construction (meritorious)
  • Knowledge of facilities (meritorious)
