Student Services in the Department of Student, Research and Education Support is now looking for a dedicated administrator who wants to make a difference for our students - every day. You will play a central role in planning, coordinating and implementing exams for the university's students, while helping to develop and streamline the exam process. You will also be involved in other important administrative tasks within the department. Why work with us? Is this the person we are looking for? To succeed in the role, you will have: - At least a high school diploma - Experience in qualified and autonomous administrative work - Very good computer skills and ability to work in different administrative systems - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: - Experience of study administration or work in the higher education sector As a person you are: - Initiative and responsibility - you make things happen - Structured, yet flexible and solution-oriented - A good team player who contributes to a positive working environment - Communicative and good at establishing trust and building relationships You will have many contacts both internally and externally, so we attach great importance to your personal qualities and your ability to cooperate.
